Amy M. Goscha has practiced as a family law attorney since 2008. She began her legal career in March, 2008 by serving as a law clerk to the Honorable Judge Angela R. Arkin in Douglas County District Court. She practiced at Willoughby & Eckelberry, LLC from September, 2008 through February, 2013. Amy recently joined Hackstaff Law Group, LLC in March, 2013 and has expanded her practice to include estate planning and business law. Amy is a 2007 graduate of the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, and is licensed in Colorado.
Amy has been a frequent lecturer in the areas of family law and mediation. Amy presented to the Office of Dispute Resolution Advisory Committee on minimal qualifications to be set for neutrals/mediators in “court referred” cases. Amy is currently on the “Rising Stars” list for Super Lawyers, committee member to the 1st Judicial District Access to Justice Committee, member to the Yasui Inn of Court and Denver Chamber of Commerce, amongst many other professional activities.
