Professor Duvivier presents to the Denver Board of Realtors Government Affairs Committee

On 12/3/09, Professor DuVivier made a presentation to the Denver Board of Realtors Government Affairs Committee. The presentation addressed the history of solar access and how the current drafts of the new Denver Zoning Code represent a step backward in protecting solar access. Professor DuVivier then presented a number of better alternative solutions.
