Chief Justice Michael Bender on the state of the Colorado Judiciary

January 18, 2011

A longtime supporter of the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, Colorado Chief Justice Michael Bender serves as advisor to the DU Law Review. “For the rule of law to prevail, individuals must have access to the judicial system. Individuals and businesses alike are finding it increasingly difficult to use our civil justice system. The high cost of legal services and the growing complexity of the civil discovery process have made the cost of civil litigation prohibitive.” — Colorado Chief Justice Michael Bender
