The International Law Anniversary Weekend Saturday Symposium on Emerging Issues in International Law will feature 4 expert panels and a lunchtime keynote. Numerous prominent scholars, practitioners and dignitaries will fill panels addressing The Future of International Criminal Prosecutions, Prosecuting Crimes Against Humanity in Domestic Courts, and Corporate Social Responsibility, Sustainability and Human Rights. Important information to note:
The cost of the Saturday Symposium is $100 for private attorneys and community members, $60 for government and non-profit; and $50 for academics and alumni. The cost of the Symposium pays for CLE credits, breakfast, lunch, snacks and a post-conference reception.
Sponsors for the Friday Dinner and Saturday Symposium are still being sought. Sponsor support helps us keep the cost of our programming down and in turn encourages greater participation by our at-large community of students, alumni, and friends. Sponsors will be provided with a reserved table for 10 in addition to being provided with advertising opportunities in the weekend program, the web-site, and throughout the law school during the entire weekend event. Additionally, sponsors will be featured in our Sturm College of Law fall alumni magazine which is distributed to over 15,000 alumni and friends of the Sturm College of Law.
