The Master of Science in Legal Administration program at the Sturm College of Law offers a variety of scholarship opportunities. All students admitted to the MSLA program are automatically considered for scholarships based on merit. Students who are selected as recipients of a merit scholarship will be notified of their reward through the admission email.
Merit scholarships are funded from various sources, including University funds and gift or endowed scholarship funds. The dollar amount awarded from scholarship funds will not change from year to year but the source of funding may change.
MSLA – Named Scholarships
Robert B. Yegge Endowed Scholarship
The Robert B. Yegge Endowed Scholarship is awarded to MSLA students with demonstrated interest in law firm administration and strong academic achievement.
Harry O. Lawson and Marion Weaver Lawson Scholarship
The Harry O. Lawson and Marion Weaver Lawson Scholarship is awarded to MSLA students with demonstrated interest in court administration and strong academic achievement.
MSLA – Other Scholarships
The MSLA Scholarship is awarded to MSLA students with demonstrated academic promise and financial need.
MSLA/MSJA Alumni Scholarship
The MSLA/MSJA Alumni Scholarship is awarded by the MSLA Alumni Association to MSLA students demonstrating academic merit, high moral character and financial need.
