The Coralville Marriott Hotel and Conference Center, which is the conference hotel for CRT 20, is fully compliant with accessibility standards. The hotel has 8 guest rooms specifically configured for persons with disabilities or mobility challenges. However, the hotel has informed us that in order to be fair to all its guests, these 8 rooms cannot be set aside solely for conference participants, and will be assigned on a first come, first served basis. Therefore, if you will need any of these 8 rooms, you are strongly encouraged to book your room now, and to not wait until the February 28, 2009, reservation deadline approaches. The hotel requests that you inform them of specific accessibility needs as soon as possible so they can prepare their facilities and accommodations appropriately.
