Navigating the Bar Exam Application Process

Members of the Office of Attorney Regulation Counsel, the Office of Attorney Admissions, and the Colorado Lawyer Assistance Program will be here to provide information you need to know about completing your online application and taking the exam.  Don’t stress about the bar application process. Prepare for it by attending the program to find out the do’s and don’ts about becoming licensed in Colorado.

Topics include the nuts and bolts of filing a bar exam application, taking the bar exam, getting through the character and fitness evaluation, and the formal hearing process.

5:00-5:45 p.m. in Room 180

From 1:15-4:45 on that day, Barbara Ezyk with the Colorado Lawyer Assistance Program, will take meetings with students to provide additional counseling or answer questions about the Bar Exam application. These conversations will take place in Suite 115D, and are confidential.

Strings at Twilight: Flood Relief Concert

Myself and three Daniels Graduate Students are organizing a “Strings at Twilight” Benefit Concert to support Longmont Flood Victims on November 7th from 4:30 to 6 p.m. on the DU campus. Freewill monetary donations will be accepted at the door.

This is a wonderful opportunity for the DU community to assist our neighbors recovering from the devastating floods, by coming together to enjoy some enchanting music. The classical string quartet and guest opera vocalists will not disappoint!

*All proceeds will go to the Longmont Humane Society’s Flood Relief Fund.
