On March 2 the International Legal Studies Program and Ved Nanda Center for International and Comparative Law are hosting the 2013 ILW West Conference titled “Human Security in the 21st Century.” The United Nations Development Programme foretold that human security is “is likely to revolutionize society in the 21st century.”
