Leonard v.B. Sutton, former Chief Justice of the Colorado Supreme Court and Denver Law school alumnus, has endowed an annual award to encourage and reward scholarly research in international law. The award is given for the best essay submitted by a law school student at the University of Denver Sturm College of Law. The cash prize is to be used for summer study at The Hague Academy of International Law. THE DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION IS FEBRUARY 1, 2013.
