The panel includes Ms. Nancy Ehrenreich, professor at the SCOL, Ms. Vicki Cowart, President of Planned Parenthood of the Rocky Mountains, and Ms. Rebecca Wallace, Staff Attorney with the ACLU. Professor Catherine Smith will act as moderator.
