This educational summit will bring together nationally recognized experts in the area of eDiscovery to discuss the challenging and unique issues that face practitioners in today’s legal world. Panelists will present practical solutions to the unique issues presented by eDiscovery, including applying cooperation, transparency, and proportionality in cases.
