Come spend just 45 minutes calming your mind and deepening your breath to relax your nervous system.Through this restorative process, your body will be more prepared to face the challenges in life, including law school exams! A calm mind and steady deep breathing help you to sharpen your focus so that you can access the “wisdom” within.
