Crimson Classic 5k at DU

Save the date: Thursday, September 26th 4:30pm start time. This free event for faculty, staff, & students will be on campus and provide opportunities to run, jog, or walk a 1.5 mile course or 5k loop. More details coming soon!

5k Training Details: Wear your workout gear and lace up your sneakers! Join Provost Gregg Kvistad and Director of Human Resources Amy King for this weekly workout preparing you for the upcoming Crimson Classic 5K on Sept. 26.

Training sessions begin Thursday, August 22 – September 19 and are open to faculty and staff of all ability levels – Walkers are welcome! This will be an organized workout led by certified personal trainers from the Coors Fitness Center.

Meet at the Ritchie Center south entrance at 5 p.m., dressed and ready to go. Please RSVP (with your level: Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced) to Katie Dunker so we can anticipate the number of attendees each week.
