To check the status of your application click here and use the system generated username and password sent by email from the Office of Admissions. We will update this website as your application moves through our review process. Applicant Status Glossary
| Current Status | Explanation |
| Application Received | We have received your application. We will send an email with your username and password for our online status check. Please allow up to 7 business days for us to process our application. We will update your status to Application Complete / Ready for Review or Application Incomplete. |
| Application Complete / Ready for Review | Your application is complete and ready for review by our Admissions Committee. Once an application is complete we expect it could take 6-8 weeks for us to send you an admissions decision. |
| Application Incomplete | Your application is incomplete. Please check the requirements list on your online status page to determine which items are missing. |
| File Sent to International Admissions | All complete files for international applicants must be reviewed by our International Admissions Office. |
| Hold at Applicant’s Request | The applicant has asked the Office of Admissions to hold their application pending new documents. |
| Hold Pending New LSAT Score | The applicant has asked the Office of Admissions to hold their application pending a new LSAT score. |
| Admit | Applicant admitted to the Sturm College of Law. |
| Waitlist | The Admissions Committee has decided to place the applicant on the waitlist. |
| Waitlist Confirmed | The Office of Admissions has received an online waitlist response form from the applicant confirming their place on our waitlist. |
| Withdrawn from Waitlist – No Response | The Office of Admissions did not receive an online waitlist response form from the applicant to confirm their place on our waitlist |
| Deny | The Admissions Committee has decided to deny admission to the applicant. |
| Deposit 1 of 2 Received | The Office of Admissions has received the first $300 seat deposit to secure an admitted applicants seat in the class. |
| Total Deposit Received | The Office of Admissions has received the total $600 seat deposit to secure an admitted applicants seat in the class. |
| Withdrawn – Deposit Not Received | No tuition deposit was received by the Office of Admissions to secure a seat in the class. The applicant has been withdrawn from the class. |
| Applicant Withdrew from Waitlist | The applicant requested to be withdrawn from the waitlist. |
| Applicant Withdrew Application | The applicant requested to withdraw their application from the Sturm College of Law |
