Instructions for Reserving a Study Room
Study rooms are reserved online
Please read the guidelines for reserving study rooms on the first page.
Enter your banner ID number and last name into the appropriate boxes and login into the system.
From this page you can reserve a room, view reservations you’ve already made, view the schedule of a room for a particular date, and cancel a reservation you’ve made previously.
Follow the steps and reserve a room. You should print off the room confirmation and have it with you in case there is a discrepancy regarding the use of the room.
If you have a problem logging onto the system please report it to Theresa Baker at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If a study room does not appear on the list, it is because it is already reserved for some part of the time you are requesting.
The library study rooms close when the library closes; you must leave those rooms at that time.
You can only reserve a room for three hours each day – this applies to all members of a group, not just the individual reserving the room.
Study rooms can only be reserved two weeks in advance.
