Instructions:

To get your copy of the exam click on the link above and fill out the form. Your e-mail address is required so that a copy of the exam can be sent to you. The exam will also display as part of the web page after you submit your exam number.

You may pick-up and complete the exam anytime within the exam period (April 26, 9:00 AM - May 16, 5:00 PM). A database will be tracking the time checked out and time returned. Your exam must be returned within 10 hours after you pick it up. This time will be provided in the e-mail with your exam. If you pick up the exam less than 10 hours before the end of the exam period it must be returned no later than 5:00 PM on May 16

To submit your completed exam click on the link above and follow the instructions; paying special note to the file naming conventions discussed. Your email is requested so that a copy of the e-mail containing your exam can be sent to you via carbon copy for your records. You must open and check the copy of the exam that is sent to you to ensure that you uploaded the correct exam. In the past we had students send earlier incomplete versions - please check every page.
