Critical Readings in Race and Water and Natural Resources Law | 47xx

This reading intensive seminar will explore how and in what ways racial and other forms of inequality are built in water law, policy, and practice. Students will be expected to be complete the readings, lead one session, and write a one-page reflection on the reading. Class will meet once a week for seven weeks.
