Family Law (Advanced) | L4030

This class is an interactive, experiential class exploring all areas and all stages of family law cases. The curriculum includes mock case scenarios; Initial Status Conferences with actual Family Court Facilitators; Settlement Conferences; and a final trial in a Courthouse. In addition, the curriculum spans to ethical issues, client control, realistic billing, effective billing practices, courtroom demeanor, and Judicial expectations. After working through cases, applying law to factual scenarios, and actively working through a case from beginning to end, you will feel like an experienced family law attorney by the end of the semester.
