Labor & Employment Legal Writing Seminar | L47xx
Attorneys wishing to practice in the fields of Labor and Employment Law face some unique research challenges. This course will use real-world scenarios designed to provide students with significant hands-on experience conducting research in the major workplace law specialties such as employment contracts, discrimination, health and safety, workers compensation, and labor law. Students will learn how to develop and implement a research strategy covering federal and state legal material, which includes various administrative materials produced by government agencies, identify and use appropriate secondary authority, and gain experience using numerous electronic and print resources.
