Comparative Constitutional Human Rights Seminar | L4142
The seminar begins with a general overview of international human rights as put forth in the International Bill of Rights. The second part of the course focuses on economic, social and cultural rights. The last part of the seminar consists of student presentations on the topics of the research papers required for the course.
