Torts (Advanced) | L4615
Advanced Torts combines practical and theoretical discussion of issues that personal injury lawyers face in practice. The topics in the seminar vary but generally include fee agreements, damages, use of experts, medical malpractice, hospital and other liens, subrogation, and governmental immunity. The seminar emphasizes the empirical reality of injuries, claims, and litigation. Enrollment is limited to 12 students.
