Administrative Law Seminar | L4001

This course is similar to administrative law, and a student cannot take the course if the student already has taken administrative law. The novel "Jurassic Park" by Michael Crichton serves as the backdrop for this class. Throughout the semester, the class focuses on the issue of genetics/biotech regulation, and ultimately students draft a related legislative scheme. In order to accomplish the goal, students work in project teams and become specialists in particular areas of administrative law.

Prerequisites: None (Cannot be taken if Administrative Law has already been taken)
Credit Hours: 3
