International Practice and Procedure | L47xx

International Practice and Procedure is designed to provide students the opportunity to prepare and address contemporary international legal problems before actual international tribunals. Students will learn the legal theory and procedure necessary to actually bring a claim before an international tribunal and then apply that theory by preparing oral and written arguments that would be used in actual international litigation.
