Evidence Practicum | L4237
This practicum is designed to help students build trial skills and make the transition from evidence law learned in the classroom to evidence used in the courtroom. It provides simulation-type experiences requiring students to understand the foundations required to admit different kinds of evidence, to anticipate evidentiary issues, to make and to respond to objections, and to prepare examinations designed to avoid objections. The course supplements Trial Practice by focusing heavily on the rules of evidence.
