This course provides upper level students exposure to constitutional issues not covered in the basic required Constitutional Law course. Topics vary from semester to semester and may include the following: Sexuality, Individual Rights, Causation, Poverty and First Amendment. This course provides upper level students exposure to constitutional issues not covered in the basic required Constitutional Law course.
