Civil Litigation Clinic | L4805

The Civil Litigation Clinic students represent low-income clients in a variety of civil disputes. The clinic permits students to participate in the selection of cases and problems they work on. Students have represented clients in areas involving wage and hour claims, housing discrimination, eviction defense and domestic violence protection orders. Additionally, the Civil Litigation Clinic requires some form of community outreach project enabling the student to learn about the client populations they serve.

Credit Hours: 3
ULW: This course MAY satisfy the Upper Level Writing requirement (ULW) where appropriate.
