This course will provide an introduction to key leadership and management issues in the practice of law. We will examine the responsibilities and challenges of those who occupy leadership roles in the public, private, and non-profit sectors. Focusing on strategic leadership, personal leadership and operational leadership, the goal of this course is to provide both a theoretical foundation and practical skills to help students understand the hallmarks of skillful leadership and management.
