Principles of Persuasion | L4703PP

This course focuses on the principles that underlie the design, preparation, and delivery of all legal arguments. Students will learn to draw on these principles to achieve the desired effect in various contexts: (1) a client meeting; (2) a negotiation; (3) a pretrial motion; (4) a jury argument; and (5) an appellate brief.
