Comparative Corporate Law Seminar | L4129

Comparative Corporate Law examines the system for forming and managing businesses in the United States and overseas. We examine the impact of culture and other factors on legal regimes and examine whether a uniform international system is developing. This course counts as a critical thinking class for the Corporate/Commercial Law Program.
