This course is designed to inform the student of the importance of client service and satisfaction and its value to the law firm. Topics covered in this course include external communication, client feedback, partnering with clients, client relationship management, and evaluation and survey design. (2 credits) Summer

Prerequisites: MSLA STUDENTS ONLY.
