Evidence | L4235

Evidence is an introduction to procedural rules that regulate the use of evidence at trial, including coverage of the mode of examination, relevance, impeachment, character evidence, hearsay, expert evidence, and privileges. Particular attention is paid to the Federal Rules of Evidence.
