Environmental Law | L4220

Environmental Law covers the major federal laws and programs for environmental protection. These laws and programs include the National Environmental Policy Act; Clean Water Act; Clean Air Act; Resource Conservation and Recovery Act; and Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act (CERCLA). Although the course focuses primarily on federal statutory law, it also incorporates some discussion of common law remedies. L4025 Administrative Law recommended but not required.
