Economics of Natural Resource and the Environment: Policy, Markets, and Economic Measurement | L4452

This course deals with the basic concepts of financial evaluation of a natural resources project. The emphasis is on financial evaluation topics and issues relevant to a lawyer’s participation in a project. Students are introduced to the time-value of money; spreadsheet analysis; discounted cash flow; and spreadsheets, with relevancy to negotiations.

Prerequisites: Students are encouraged to consult with the director of this program before enrollment.
