Certificate Requirements:

  1. Must complete these courses:
    • Corporations
    • Commercial Law Survey
    • Business Entities
    • Accounting for Lawyers
  2. Must complete ONE of the following three courses:
    • Bankruptcy
    • Securities Law
    • Trial Practice (preferred section for program students)
  3. Must complete one of the following tracks ( a OR b):
      • Critical Thinking Seminar;
      • meet the Upper Level Writing Requirement in an approved Corp/Comm Law course; and
      • an approved Externship emphasizing Corp/Comm Law
    2. Community Economic Development Clinic
  4. Must complete one additional Business Law Course from an approved list. List the course taken here:
