Environmental Law | L4220

Environmental Law covers the major federal laws and programs for environmental protection. These laws and programs include the National Environmental Policy Act; Clean Water Act; Clean Air Act; Resource Conservation and Recovery Act; and Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act (CERCLA). Although the course focuses primarily on federal statutory law, it also incorporates some discussion of common law remedies.

Prerequisites: Administrative Law recommended but not required.
