Beverly J. Quail is a partner in the Denver firm Ballard Spahr Andrews & Ingersoll, LLP, where she also serves as a co-partner-in-charge of the Real Estate Finance Group. Quail concentrates her practice on all aspects of real estate matters, with an emphasis on financing and development. She represents the world’s largest pension fund; a major manufacturer of products for automotive and industrial uses; and several large life insurance companies and pension funds. She is a past chair of the 30,000 member Real Property Probate and Trust Law Section of the American Bar Association, and also is currently a Colorado delegate to the ABA House of Delegates. Quail’s public service includes membership on the board of the Central City Opera House Association. She has written numerous articles, and authors the Colorado Real Estate Forms three-volume book published by Lexis Law Publishing.
