Stanton Rosenbaum is a shareholder in the Denver firm of Isaacson Rosenbaum P.C., where he focuses his practice in an area that he finds extraordinarily rewarding - family businesses, trusts, and estates. As a member of his firm's Corporate and Tax Practice Group, as well as their Real Estate and Transactional Practice Group, Rosenbaum advises family businesses and individuals in all aspects of business, tax, estate, and continuity planning. He also has tried numerous cases in the United States District Court, the District Courts for the State of Colorado, and the Tax Court of the United States. Further, he has arbitrated and mediated numerous complex matters and has acted as an arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association. As a part-time faculty member at the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, Rosenbaum has taught Trust Law and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR). He also has served as a mediator for the Office of Dispute Resolution, Colorado Judicial Department. Rosenbaum has served on numerous civic organizations including Colorado Developmental Disabilities Council, Allied Jewish Federation of Colorado, Denver County Judicial Nominating Commission, Denver & Colorado Bar Associations Board of Governors, Anti-Defamation League, American Jewish Committee and Rose Medical Center.
