Rico Munn graduated from Midland Lutheran College in Nebraska, cum laude, in 1993. He served as a judicial intern for the Colorado Supreme Court under the Honorable Gregory K. Scott in 1996; in October of that same year, he joined the Denver firm of Baker & Hostetler LLP, where he is now a litigation partner with a diverse practice helping clients solve problems, serving as lead counsel through negotiation, arbitration, mediation and trial. Munn's community service activity has been extensive. He was appointed by Governor Romer to the Law Related Education Advisory Board from 1995-98, and has served in national and international leadership roles for Amnesty International since 1989. In 2002, Mr. Munn was elected to represent Colorado’s First Congressional District on the State Board of Education. In 2005, he was recognized as one of Denver’s “40 Under 40” business and community leaders by the Denver Business Journal.
