John H. Reese

John Reese began his career at the University of Denver College of Law in 1966 as an associate professor. He has served as associate dean for academic affairs and as the director of the Lawyering Process Program, which is a required research, writing and professional skills course for first-year law students. Reese earned his B.A. and LL.B. from Southern Methodist University then went on to receive his S.J.D. and LL.M. degrees from George Washington University in Washington, D.C. He is the author of two books and has published many articles on administrative law. At DU Law, Reese teaches courses in Constitutional Law and Administrative Law; he is currently the interim associate dean for academic affairs.
