Will Trachman is an Adjunct Professor of Election Law and an attorney at Littler Mendelson, P.C.. He advises and represents employers in a wide range of employment and labor law matters in federal and state courts. As a member of Littler’s Workplace Policy Institute, he counsels employers on relevant regulatory changes and political compliance issues. Additionally, he represents clients in the area of labor and employment law in Indian Country, including applicable tribal law involving Native American hiring preferences.
Prior to joining Littler Mendelson, Will worked at an international law firm practicing complex business trial litigation. Will also clerked for the Hon. Harris L. Hartz of the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals. He graduated cum laude from U.C. Berkeley in 2002 and from U.C. Berkeley (Boalt) School of Law in 2005.
Will served as a legal advisor to a 2012 national presidential campaign, and to a 2010 congressional campaign.
