Felicia Ho is a career consultant with a focus on private sector employment opportunities in law firms and corporate legal departments. She also heads Denver Law’s diversity employment initiatives such as the Colorado Pledge to Diversity 1L Summer Clerkship Program, the Colorado Supreme Court and Colorado Court of Appeals Diversity Judicial Internship Program, and the Judge Kristen L. Mix Dream Team Public Sector Diversity Internship Program.
While in law school, Felicia clerked at the Asian Law Alliance in California’s Silicon Valley and the California Public Utilities Commission in San Francisco. She served as managing editor of the Tulane Law Maritime Journal and was an officer of the Asian Pacific American Law Students Association. Following law school, Felicia practiced as a criminal defense and plaintiff’s employment discrimination attorney at small firms in Denver, Colorado. She joined Denver Law in 2011 as a program coordinator for the Office of Alumni Relations and the Professional Mentoring Program. There, she developed an extensive professional network that has informed her work as a career consultant. Felicia is a member of the Colorado and Denver Bar Associations, the Asian Pacific American Bar Association of Colorado, and the Denver Area Legal Recruiters Association.
Outside of work, Felicia is a board member of the Denver Public Schools Asian Education Advisory Council and the McAuliffe at Smiley Foundation where she works to improve educational opportunities and programming for primary and secondary school students in the Denver Public School District. She also enjoys spending time with her husband and their three children on the soccer fields and the ski slopes.
